PRODUCT RETURNS

Once you receive your order, you must check that all products apply to your order and inform us through phone for any comments you may have, during the same or no later than the next working day. Regarding the product returns, it is essential that all products are in their initial condition, unused and returned within 30 days from the date shown on the receipt of the order. If you wish to replace the product with a same one in another size or colour, you should contact us to confirm availability. We will then consider your request and inform you accordingly. In case the product for which the return is requested was purchased at a discount or was in a special offer, product returns will be made only with products that are also on offer. In case the product does not meet the above requirements, it will be returned to you, at your own expense.

ACCESSORIES

For hygiene reasons, all accessories can not be returned or exchanged.

UNDERWEAR

Most of our products are labeled for strictly personal use and therefore, returns on underwear are not accepted. We also do not accept returns of worn products. Products / Packages that can not be returned:

  • All bottoms (slip, string and Brazilians) that come in contact with sensitive areas. For this reason, returns are not accepted. Product packages (packages containing more than one piece) such as panties, socks, etc, are considered ONE piece.
  • The package should not be opened, therefore returns in parts of the package or individual pieces are not accepted. In case of doubt about the condition of the returned products, the opinion of the specialised staff of our store will assist you with the object’s inspection, in order to avoid returns of products that have been damaged or used.

SWIMWEAR

It is possible to change / return such products, as long as the packaging is in its initial condition, tabs have not been removed and the product is in its original condition.

SHOES

All the shoes are supposed to be tried on a soft surface, until you are sure you want to keep them. Shoes should be returned to their initial condition and packaging. In case a product does not correspond to that of the order (error in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, defective, etc.), the customer has the right to return the product during the same or the next working day. Product must be in excellent condition, not used and its packaging should be intact, i.e. without being unsealed or tampered with. In such cases, the store is charged with the shipping costs for the return of the product as well as the shipping costs for the replacement of the product. Return address is: Only products that are inappropriate to wear are considered defective. In no case are considered defective products that deviate from the photos posted on our website, due to expected differences deriving from the taking and posting of the photos.

MONEY RETURN / CANCELLATION

In case a customer does not wish to replace the product and wishes to be refunded, they have the right to request a refund for their purchase. They are responsible for the shipping costs, using a courier company of their choice. If the product is in its original condition, the refund request will be approved and we will deposit the value of the product in the bank account that you will indicate, within 10 working days from the day we receive your package. For orders that have been paid by Debit / Credit Card or Paypal, the money is returned to the corresponding account. Otherwise, in case the product is not in its original condition, no refund will be made and the package will be returned. The refund applies to the value of the product(s). Any extra charge originating from courier services is non-refundable! In case of returning a product without prior notice or charging the company for courier services, the return will not be accepted.
